The Right Way to Clean Every Type of Sneaker

6 min read

The fastest way to ruin a good pair of sneakers is to treat every material the same way. Throwing leather or suede in a washing machine, for example, will crack and warp them permanently.

Canvas and knit uppers tolerate gentle hand washing with a soft brush. Leather should be wiped and conditioned, never soaked. Suede needs a dedicated suede brush and eraser, and absolutely no water.

PRESSO’s shoe specialists assess each pair, deep-clean by material, deodorise, recondition leather and whiten soles — so your sneakers come back looking fresh without any damage.
